Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.
No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
