Pre-Treatment Checklist

To achieve the best results from your eyebrow lamination and tint, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

1. Skin Test Required
   A patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your treatment to ensure there are no allergic reactions. Please book this separately.

2. Arrive with clean brows
   Remove all makeup from your brows and surrounding area.

3. Avoid oily products
   Do not apply moisturisers, serums, or oils on or around your brows on the day of treatment.

4. No self-tanning products near brows
   Avoid applying fake tan or tinted moisturisers close to the brow area.

5. Skip brow makeup
   Do not use brow pencils, gels, or powders before your appointment.

6. Do not wax or thread brows within 48 hours
   This helps prevent irritation during the lamination process.

7. Avoid skin treatments near brows
   No facials, peels, or exfoliation around the brow area for at least 48 hours prior.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.

• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

• How to Cancel: Contact us via phone, email, or our booking system.

• Gift Vouchers & Promotions: Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.
