Pre-Treatment Checklist

To ensure the best results from your eyelash lift and tint, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

1. Skin Test Required
   A patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your treatment to check for any allergic reactions. Please book this separately.

2. Arrive with clean lashes
   Remove all eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow.

3. Avoid oily products
   Do not apply moisturisers, serums, or oils around the eye area on the day of your treatment.

4. No false lashes or extensions
   Please remove any lash extensions prior to your appointment.

5. Skip heavy creams or SPF near the eyes
   These can create a barrier and affect the lifting solution.

6. Remove contact lenses
   If you wear contacts, take them out before your treatment for comfort and safety.

7. Avoid waterproof mascara for 24 hours before
   It can leave residue that interferes with the process.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.

• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

• How to Cancel: Contact us via phone, email, or our booking system.

• Gift Vouchers & Promotions: Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.
