To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

1. Remove old polish or gel if possible.
   Make sure your nails are free from any previous polish or gel. If possible.

2. Clean and dry hands
   Wash thoroughly and avoid applying lotions, oils, or hand creams before your appointment.

3. Avoid cutting cuticles
   Leave cuticle care to your nail technician to prevent irritation or injury.

4. Skip self-tanning products
   Avoid applying fake tan or tinted moisturisers near your hands before your appointment.

5. Inform about allergies or sensitivities
   Let your technician know if you have any skin conditions or allergies.

6. Remove rings and jewellery
   This makes the process easier and keeps your jewellery safe. If possible

Cancellation Policy

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.

• No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
